No-Bake Condensed Milk Cake Recipe
- 300 ml condensed milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 pcs egg, yolks and whites separated
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- In a mixing bowl, pour-in the condensed milk, and the egg yolks. Mix until well-incorporated.
- Add-in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix again until well-incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, add-in the egg whites. Beat using a fork or a whisk until frothy. Then, using a spatula, fold the egg white mixture.
- Pour-in the egg white mixture into the batter mixture. Fold until well-blended.
- Preheat the steamer until water boils.
- In a baking pan or steamer-safe container lined with wax paper, pour-in the mixture then cover the container with aluminum foil. You can brush the baking pan with cooking oil or butter if wax paper is not available.
- Transfer the container into the preheated steamer. Steam for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool and then transfer to a serving plate or serving tray. Serve and enjoy!
