16pcssaba (plantain) bananas
4tbspMilo powder
3tbspgranulated sugar
1tbspbutter, or margarine
1tbspcocoa powder, (optional)
¾cupfresh milk
1cupcooking oil, or as needed
Instructions
In a frying pan, pour-in and heat oil over low to medium heat.
Add-in the saba bananas. Fry until all sides are browned. Set aside.
In another frying pan, pour-in the fresh milk, sugar, butter, milo powder, and cocoa powder. Stir and cook until the glaze thickens and bubbles are forming.
Set to low heat and add-in the fried saba bananas. Mix until all the bananas are well-coated with glaze. Turn off heat.
Transfer to a serving plate or serving tray. Serve and enjoy!
