In a cooking pan, pour-in and heat oil over medium to high heat.
Add-in the hotdogs. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until browned. Set aside.
In the same cooking pan, add-in the onions, and garlic. Saute until limp and aromatic.
Add-in the banana ketchup, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, and pour-in the water. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add back the hotdogs into the pan. Cook until the sauce is reduced and thickens.
Transfer to a serving plate or serving tray. Serve and enjoy!
