6pcshotdogs, cut in half, skewered in a barbecue stick
1cupall-purpose flour
2tspbaking powder
2tbspsugar
½cupwater
salt and pepper, to taste
3cupscooking oil, for frying

12pcs barbecue sticks
Instructions
In a bowl, add-in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Then pour-in the water. Mix until a dough is formed and consistency is thick.
Form the dough into long log shapes (about 12 pieces).
Slice the hotdogs in a spiral along the stick, leaving a space in between. Then stuff the dough in the gaps of the hotdog. Repeat for the rest of the ingredients.
In a cooking pan, pour-in and heat oil over medium heat.
Add-in the hotdog twister sticks. Cook until golden brown.
Transfer to a serving plate or serving tray. Serve with a dip of your choice. Enjoy!
