In a cooking pot, pour in and heat oil over medium heat.
Add in the garlic and onions. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender and aromatic.
Add in the chicken breast, and fish sauce. Cook until lightly browned.
Pour in the water and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Simmer the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Add in the lomi noodles. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender and firm.
Add in the chicken liver and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add in the carrots, and cabbage. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add in the diluted cornstarch and stir. Cook until slightly thickened.
Slowly add in the egg and then stir. Mix until well incorporated.
Transfer to a serving plate or serving tray. Serve and enjoy! (Optional: serve with chopped onions and toyomansi)
