3cupsripe saba bananas, (plantain bananas)
1cupall-purpose flour
1cupevaporated milk
1/2 to 3/4cupsugar, (depends on your taste)
1pcegg
1tbspvanilla extract
1tspsalt
1 1/2tspbaking powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 175 C or 347 F.
Mash ripe saba bananas in a bowl using a masher or fork.
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Grease your baking pans with oil or butter and pour-in the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
