Ingredients
300g(10.6 oz) oyster mushrooms
2pcseggs
8clovesgarlic, minced
½cupall-purpose flour
½cupcornstarch
½tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
3cupscooking oil, for deep frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the oyster mushrooms, eggs, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix well and marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and cornstarch. Coat the marinated mushrooms with this mixture.
In a cooking pot, pour-in and heat the cooking oil (enough to submerge the mushrooms) in medium to high heat.
Deep-fry the mushroom for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to a serving plate and prepare a dip of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
