Ingredients
450g(15.8 oz) spaghetti pasta
250g(8.8 oz) bacon, cut into half-inch slices
1cupbutton mushroom, sliced
4clovesgarlic, minced
2cupsall-purpose cream
2tbspbutter
½cupparmesan cheese
1cupmeat broth, (pork, chicken, or beef)
6-8cupswater
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a cooking pot, pour-in the water, then add-in salt as desired. Bring to a boil.
Add-in the spaghetti pasta. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly firm. Drain and set aside.
In a cooking pan, add-in the bacon. Cook until fat comes out and crispy. Set aside.
In the same cooking pan leaving a small amount of bacon fat, add-in the butter, and minced garlic. Saute until aromatic.
Add-in the sliced mushrooms. Cook until tender.
Pour-in the meat broth, and all-purpose cream. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce becomes slightly thick.
Apply low heat and add-in parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Add-in the pasta, and the bacon. Mix until well-incorporated with the sauce.
Transfer to a serving plate or serving tray. Serve with additional parmesan cheese as needed. Enjoy!
