In a mixing bowl, add in the crushed Graham crackers, condensed milk, and all-purpose cream. Mix until well-incorporated, neither too dry nor too wet.
Scoop a portion (about 1 tbsp) and shape into balls, then place a piece of marshmallow inside. Repeat for the rest of the mixture.
Transfer into a resealable container and then place in the refrigerator. Chill for 30 to 60 minutes.
