Ingredients
3bunchesbok choy (or baby bok choy), cleaned and bottom end removed
2tbspoyster sauce
1tspgranulated white sugar
1tbspminced garlic
10tspwater
Ground black pepper, to taste
1/4tspsesame oil
2tbspcooking oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and water. Stir and set aside.
Pour-in the cooking oil and add the garlic in a cooking pan. Apply medium heat.
Cook the garlic until it starts to turn light brown.
Pour-in the oyster sauce mixture in the pan and sprinkle some ground black pepper. Stir and let boil.
Add-in the bok choy, stir, then cover.
Cook until the sauce reduces to half.
Transfer to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy!
