Ingredients
For the Milk
1cupall-purpose cream
1canevaporated milk, or condensed milk
4tbspMilo powder
For the Jelly
2tbspunflavored gelatin
6tbspMilo powder
4tbspcocoa powder
4tbspbrown sugar
3cupswater
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add-in the milo powder, cocoa powder, brown sugar, unflavored gelatin, and then pour-in water. Mix until well-incorporated.
In a cooking pot, pour-in the Milo mixture. Bring to a boil.
Transfer the mixture into a rectangular mold. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
Slice the jelly into 1-inch cubes then transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
In another bowl, add-in the Milo powder, then pour-in the evaporated milk, and all-purpose cream. Mix until well-incorporated.
Transfer to serving containers or glasses and top with the jelly cubes as desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
