Milo Jelly Recipe

A chocolate Jelly dessert made from the famous chocolate drink Milo.

Ingredients

For the Milk

  • 1 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 can evaporated milk, or condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp Milo powder

For the Jelly

  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 6 tbsp Milo powder
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add-in the milo powder, cocoa powder, brown sugar, unflavored gelatin, and then pour-in water. Mix until well-incorporated.
  • In a cooking pot, pour-in the Milo mixture. Bring to a boil.
  • Transfer the mixture into a rectangular mold. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Slice the jelly into 1-inch cubes then transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, add-in the Milo powder, then pour-in the evaporated milk, and all-purpose cream. Mix until well-incorporated.
  • Transfer to serving containers or glasses and top with the jelly cubes as desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
