8pcsegg, hard boiled, peeled
1pclarge potato, cut into cubes
1pclarge carrot, cut into cubes
1pcsmall green bell pepper, sliced
1pcsmall red bell pepper, sliced
1pconion, chopped
4clovesgarlic, minced
3tbspsoy sauce
1pack(250 g) tomato sauce
½cupliver spread
2cupswater, or chicken broth
½cupcheddar cheese grated, (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste
3tbspcooking oil, for frying
Instructions
In a cooking pan, pour-in and heat oil over medium heat.
Add-in the cubed potatoes and cubed carrots. Cook until lightly browned. Set aside.
In the same cooking pot, add-in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes or until soft and aromatic.
Add-in the water, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then add-in the tomato sauce, liver spread, and grated cheese, and hard boiled eggs. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
Add-in the sliced green bell peppers and sliced red bell peppers, and then add back in the cubed potatoes and cubed carrots. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate or serving bowl. Serve and enjoy!
