Ingredients
4pcsripe bananas, mashed
¾cupgranulated sugar
1½cupsall-purpose flour
1tbspbaking powder
¼cupbutter, or margarine, melted
½cupevaporated milk, or condensed milk
3pcseggs
1tspvanilla extract
½tspsalt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add-in the mashed bananas, eggs, evaporated milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well-incorporated.
In another bowl, add-in the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly add-in the flour mixture into the banana mixture and stir well. Mix until well-incorporated and a nice consistency is achieved.
Prepare puto molds and brush it with cooking oil.
Fill the mold with the puto batter. Repeat this step for the rest of the ingredients.
Transfer the molds to a steamer. Steam for 10 to 15 minutes. Cover the steamer lid with a dry towel to avoid water from dripping.
Remove from the molds and transfer to a serving tray or serving plate. Serve and enjoy!
