Ingredients
2cupsoyster mushroom, chopped
2pcsonion, chopped
¼cupall-purpose flour
2pcsegg
½cupcheddar cheese, grated (you can use Eden, Ques-O, Cheezee)
½cupbreadcrumbs
1tbspcooking oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix until all of them are well-incorporated.
Scoop a part of the mixture and flatten it to make a patty. Repeat for the rest of the mixture.
In a frying pan, pour-in and heat the cooking oil in low to medium heat.
Add-in the mushroom patty. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until nicely browned. Flip the patty and repeat the process.
Transfer to a plate and assemble the burger using buns or bread. Optional ingredients such as mayonnaise, ketchup, and onions may be used. Serve and enjoy!
