In a saucepan, pour-in water and bring to a boil. Add-in the instant coffee powder, and granulated sugar. Stir until dissolved.
In a bowl, dilute the unflavored gelatin in water. Then add-in the coffee into the gelatin. Mix until well-incorporated.
Transfer the mixture into a rectangular mold. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
Slice the jelly into 1-inch cubes then transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
In another bowl, pour-in the condensed milk, and all-purpose cream. Mix until well-incorporated.
Transfer to serving containers or glasses and top with the jelly cubes as desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
